Sausage Cheese Balls

Recipe from Erin Mendenhall

2 lbs (32 oz) sausage, uncooked
1 ½ C all purpose baking/Bisquik mix
16 oz (4 C) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
½ C finely chopped onion
½ C finely chopped celery
½ tsp garlic powder

Mix all ingredients.  Form into 1 inch balls.  Bake at 375º for 15 min on ungreased baking sheet. Makes about 6 dozen.  Can be frozen uncooked on baking sheet and stored in ziplock bag in freezer. Goes well with a sauce of grape jelly mixed with soy sauce.
