Ginger Peach Pork

Recipe from Suzanne Clines

Seasoning:
2 lb Pork Loin
1 Tbsp Season Salt
1 tsp Thyme

Glaze:
½ C Peach Preserves
2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
¾ tsp Ground Ginger

Mix seasonings and rub onto pork loin.
Roast at 350° for 1 ½ hours. For the last 10 minutes mix glaze ingredients and coat roast.
