Recipe from Suzanne Clines
3 eggs
7 Tbsp flour
10 oz frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained)
2 C cottage cheese
1 C cheddar cheese
1 tsp salt
Beat eggs and flour, add spinach, salt and cheeses. Pour into a greased 2 qt casserole dish. Bake uncovered 1 hour at 325°.
