Salsa

Recipe from Laurie Estes

8 C chopped Tomatoes
4 C chopped Peppers
4 C chopped Onions
2 C chopped Hot Peppers (Jalapeno)
¼ C Salt
3 to 4 Tbsp Garlic Powder
½ C Sugar
1 C White Vinegar

Scald and peel tomatoes, cut up small. Combine all ingredients and cook forever (until thick.)  Makes 2 quarts.
