Queso Blanco Dip

Recipe from Trisha Headman

1 1/4 lb White American cheese
1/4 C Diced green chiles
1 Pickled Jalapeno slice
1 oz Pickled jalapeno juice
2/3 C Whole milk
1/2 C Cold water
Pinch of cumin

Place all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl and microwave 5 min. until dip is melted. Stop to stir every minute.
