Chocolate Fondue

Recipe from Sarah Lythgoe

6 squares unsweetened chocolate
1 C light cream
1 ½ C sugar
½ C butter
1/3 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla

Heat all ingredients except vanilla in Fondue Pot on high, stirring occasionally until chocolate is melted. Reduce heat to medium. Continue cooking, stirring constantly, about 5 minutes, until thickened. Add vanilla and mix well. Set at low to serve.
