Spinach Artichoke Dip

1 (14oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 (10oz) package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 C mayonnaise
1 C grated Parmesan cheese
2 ½ C shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
1 Tbsp minced garlic

Preheat oven 350 degrees. Lightly grease 1 quart baking dish. In a medium bowl, mix together artichoke hearts, spinach, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese. Bake in the center of the preheated oven until the cheese is melted; about 15 min. Serve with chips.
